All tiers include the same baseline device monitoring, patching, and remote support. Upgrades add coverage and strategic IT support. Project work, M365 licence pass-through, and one-time consulting are scoped separately.

How we quote

We quote managed IT based on the number of workstations and devices supported, not by user count or by monthly hour blocks. Once we understand your environment, you get a fixed monthly price you can plan a budget around. A typical scoping conversation covers:

Number of staff and devices
Number of locations, remote vs office split
Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace footprint
Backup and recovery requirements
Whether you handle health, donor, or beneficiary data with PDPL implications
Existing IT staff, if any (which would lead to a Co-Managed proposal)
